Solved red X when you hover over network status

have you wanted to ask: I have the red x over my connection status and it says “connection status: unknown. The dependency service or group failed to start.” here is the fix... I’ve used: 1. Go to Start > Run > cmd 2. Copy/paste the following line and hit your Enter key: Net localgroup Administrators localservice /add 3. Reboot your computer.

I havn't run into this problem yet but appreciate for the info and will keep it in mind.
