Is Vista Home Premium for commercial use as well as home use?

As far as I am aware there is no restriction in using your copy of home premium for running a home office or other business activities

What you will find though is that many functions which may be considered business orientated, such as FAX, data encryption, and the ability to join a domain network, are missing from the Home versions.

A lot of this functionality may be provided by 3rd part software but not all
