Controlling permissions for user accounts

Hi!

I want to create isolated zones for users in my computer. I use Vista Home Premium 32 bit, what I really want to do is to create a user account that neither the user of the account nor the other users can interfere with each other business (like viewing other users documents, using programs).

I'm not asking for exact steps for this issue, I would be very happy if you can just give me a detailed guide's web page link.

Thanks a lot!

Do not hide your only administrator account. Always leave one unhidden so you can make changes to Vista. If you did this by mistake, then boot into Safe Mode and unhide your Administrator account. For how, see: How to Start Vista in Safe Mode ----> I made the mistake, unfortunately. The problem is now I can't unhide my Admin account. It says "Error writing the value's new contents". I tried to run it as an admin but the window that asks my admin pass doesn't let me enter my pass. Now, I'm in trouble. What should I do?

Thank you.

btw, when I tried to enable the built-in admin in cmd to edit the registry, it says system error 5, access is denied.

Probably, I should explain what I did step by step.

As explained in this tutorial, http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/94...ount-hide.html I hid my "Admin" named administrative account. Then to unhide it, I tried to change the value to 0 (in safe mode) but it gave an error as it can be seen from ss in the attachment.

Then I tried open the regedit as administrator to change the value to 1. UAC asked for my admin pass but the problem is UAC doesn't let me enter my admin pass. I also got the same problem when I tried to access to the built-in administrator via elevated console. When I tried to open the cmd.exe as an administrator (in safe mode), it asks an admin password but doesn't let me to enter it. Eventually, I'm trapped.

Thank you for your patience.

Shortly, I can't run anything as an administrator.

PS: I called Microsoft Tech. Service call-center in my country and she claimed "there is no other option than format". But in this forum it says, I can still unhide my administrator. How can I do it?
