Please check:
- perfmon /report (save as .html, zip it up and upload the .zip file with your next post)
- wercon
- msinfo32 (save as .nfo, zip it up, and upload the .zip file with your next post)
- perfmon /rel
- eventvwr.msc (look for errors in the Windows....System and Application log files)
- taskmgr.exe...Processes tab (ensure that "Show processes for all users" is checked) (ensure that you go to View...Select columns and select both I/O Reads and I/O Other). Leave the Task Manager window open and on top of everything and leave it alone until it freezes. Then look for unusually high numbers in any of the processes listed.

Post it anyway. The setup of the reports is the same regardless of the language used. And, if there's any questions about particular words - we'll ask for a translation.

I don't speak any language other than English, but frequently analyze reports in German, Dutch, and Spanish.

im not sure but seems like i solved it by disabling ESET Smart Security when i left...i don't know ...

The various Internet Security applications are known to cause issues when they malfunction. And it's difficult to figure out what's exactly to blame when it happens. As such I don't recommend using Internet Security applications.

I'll be back in a couple of minutes to review the reports.

My Computer

The perfmon report indicates less than 15% free space on many of your hard drives. This will cause performance issues, especially if you're working with larger files. I would suggest maintaining the drives at 15% or more free space for optimum performance.

You also have issues with the following programs:
uruninstaller.exe
RA95.exe
ekrn.exe
rapidsharetimelimit.exe
shift.exe

ekrn.exe seems to belong to ESET - so that's the most likely cause at this point. Let us know if anything else pops up.

It depends on what's causing the issue. Those files are just symptoms of the problems with the system.
If it was the ESET causing this, then the problem should be solved by removing the ESET. To verify this, check the msinfo32 report in a couple of days.
