Unable to resize my partitions in Vista

Hi,

Like the title says, I'm not able to resize my C partition. It needs to be smaller.
I've tried as Administrator and I still got an error message "Access denied".

Does anyone have a solution for it so I can access my partitions?

I'm using Vista Home Premium 64bit on a HP Pavilion Elite

can I assume your OS is on C:\ You must be usinf the built in disk management snapin. there are 3rd party apps that can do that but not from within windows

Hi guys

What exactly do you mean with "usinf"?

If I can't manipulate my disks partitions I'll seek a third party app, but I rather do it from within Windows.
