New to all this ... have a laptop ... turned it on and my personal files MSword, paint are accessable but it will not let me onto the Internet. States "Windows needs to install driver software for your unknown device" and "Window socket inialization failed" and "Windows can not access specification device path or file no appro permission to access"
What is all this ... It worked perfectly fine the night before. Do not have access to the internet from this laptop due to this so do I need a new Vista down load to a disk and then input into this LT/PC or ???
Any answers appreciated and be easy on me as I know nothing of what this is all about. Did not a get a disc with the computer "toshiba laptop" I bought it new if I did I can not find it, so need a free down load of Windows Home Vista Premium" from on line is that possible?
