Sleep mode forces reboot and Windows error

Hello.. I am not sure why my sleep/hibernate mode suddenly wont work anymore.> i have a feeling its related to a virus that shouldve been fixed but ate some file? posisble? am not so tech savvy but my pc goes into a forced reboot and then give me a massive windows wasn ot shut down properly error.

Pls help! is there a fix for this?
