Automatic repair could not be executed.

A few days ago, something went wrong with my system restore
Now yesterday my computer screen showed me this after it tried to fix the problem

Now it won't go past the DELL start up screen without crashing, is there anyway to to repair this? (Preferably with all my documents still present?)
