Going to try and get to the point rather then beating around the bush. I had actually just written a very long and indepth account of whats happened, but i accidently closed all my tabs. I am quite cluey with computers and have spent multiple days searching forums for fixxing each of the problems i have encounted.

I have malware on one hard drive tried to clean it but failed, as i had another 1.5 tb hard drive sitting around waiting to be used i thought i would just use this one instead.

(The first hard drive is an 80gb laptop hard drive that i used because i corrupted my innitial one and i live in a very remote place in australia so it really was time to cull it anyway).

Only i couldn't format the new hard drive because my nvidea 780i ddr2 motherboard couldn't read it. Even with generic and nforce Sata drivers, and for that matter every driver i could possibly load onto it during windows installation didn't enable me to fix it, and i can't afford to buy any programs that would of done it in dos. None of the freeware ones i tried worked either.

I know this wasn't the right thing to do but i used killdisc free version to format the hard drive from the infected hard drive.

This actually worked perfect!! i reinstalled windows, all the drivers, updates and a 30 day trial version of Eset. My ram was running at a stable 25%, very little process's running. Also the new hard drive is alot faster then the laptop one so i was happy for a few days till svchost.exe and TrustedInstaller started playing up.

I went to system restore to a point when it was working fine, but relised as i had been installing so many updates i didn't have any restore points far enough back.

So i opted to reformat, Again, with the intentions of ghosting my partition while it was stable, only the problem was again apparent, from the moment windows booted up after the format. The problem being svchost.exe running: wuauserv, Winmgmt, Themes, ShellHWdetection, SENS, seclogon, Schedule, RasMan, ProfSvc, MMCSS, Lanmanserver, iphlpsvc, IKEEXT, BITS and AeLookupSvc.

I have now updated all the drivers and updates, i have also downloaded CCleaner, HijackThis, Combofix.exe, ProcessExplorer, Superantispyware(free), malwarebytes(free), Microsoft security essentials.

I have scanned, and scanned again i have used the windows defender and multiple malware forums, also the windows help pages. I am under the impression from what i have been reading on many forums and websites that the problem is not malware now, but perhaps registery errors with windows update to blame.

Now that everything is installed i will gather as many log files as i can, in advance for some body willing and able to help.

I will be spamming refresh on this thread more then my 14 yr old sister refreshes her facebook lol. So if u have asked for something in particular i will be be prompt with the response.

Thank you for the time you have spent reading this, Tyson.
