I need help.

First time on the forums for me, im no computer geek nor do i know alot about computers. I've had this issue with my Vista computer for a while now. I'm locked out of my Administrator password and i cannot remember the password for my life. i've tried everything and im just getting more and more frustrated because whenever i try to download something or change my setting or whatever i want to do, it asks me for the administrator password. its like someone telling me to go **** myself, i understand why it does this but it is very frustrating especially when it does this when i want to download something. I desperately need help and i wanna get this fixed once and for all. Please any suggestions and try to make it as simple as you can for me. Greatly appreciated. BTW, ive had this problem for about 8 months now going on and off trying to fix it but ive given up multiple times.

*Edit: i have windows vista home premium. I have no CD's on me ATM, i do have 16 USB
