Hi. I tried the solution in post 6 of this thread. It successfully removed the document stuck in my printer's queue. However, upon restarting Windows I get the following messages:
Window Title: Run DLL
Message: Error loading C:|Windows\system32\NvCpl.dll. Specified module not found
Window Title: .NET
Message: Runtime optimization service stopped working and was closed.
I tried to restore my old system, but apparently System Restore was turned off (aside: how the heck did that happen?).
Edit: I also looked for NvCpl.dll in my Recycle Bin, but it's not there.
Edit: I have an SSD, so cannot use a file recovery program.
Any advice on how to fix? Is my system broken or can I at least keep working until NvCpl is fixed?
TY.
