I just press the print screen button when everything is open and then paste it in paint and save as jpeg.

Just right click, run as admin or install what ever comes up,

OK - the file is installed (I did not reboot - it did not seem to be necessary?) It offers 3 ways to extract - right clicking on the Flash Folder or Desktop icon still does not show 'Extract'

Should I just reboot anyway and try again? Or go to option 2 - drag & drop?

Yes just open RARfrog, then drag and drop the icon on it, see how that works.

Instead of choosing the folder, try choosing the actual icon, it's probably just not recognizing the folder as a valid file for the program.

And a reboot couldn't hurt if that doesn't work.

Try this, right click on the icon and choose copy then paste in the open rarfrog window, see what that does. :)
