Needing help for internet drop out

So i have been having issues for a while now but they have got much worse. I am using a belkin modem/router, and have called my ISP provider and Belkin and neither have been helpful. What i have tried

- turning of the power waiting and turning back on. (this usually resolves the issue)
- Disconnecting the filter and plugging directly into the wall plug
- got new filter and ethernet cords
- reset and reinstalled the modem
- tried connecting over wifi and hardwired
- got a new modem, (i origionally had a netgear)

According to my ISP provider my internet is not dropping out only the connection to the computer. Hoping for any suggestions as to how this can be fixed. it gets annoying having to power cycle all the time :D
