Need help with Azureus and Vistax64!

Well, Vista x64 is being a punk to my torrents. I was downloading a large file that was around 2.36gb (IDK something like that....Sabayon Linux...because I will NOT download in web browser downloads unless I have to). Well, I started to download it, and it will not download. I found out the no files are downloading that are over a gig or near there. I do not know why!!!

Help please!!!

Just now, I am trying to download a 700mb file, and it is going at 6 kb/s and it has tons of seeds. I just had a CD go at around 60 (only 50mb).

IDK what the problem is. It is allowed through the firewalls and everything!!!
