Live Messenger Problems persist.

A few days ago I first noticed I was having some problems with Windows Live Messenger. Messages i was sending were not being received and visa versa. Now on monday I got home from work and tried to log in.

Error code 81000306.

This persisted throughout the evening, then tuesdaymorning I could log in again, and even chat for a few minutes... Then my messages stopped getting through, and after I tried to log in and out again... Nothing.

Now, I have researched this thoroughly and can therefor guess the first 50 or so replies. To narrow it down...

This happens both on my home PC and laptop.
This is not an internet connection problem. I have the sign-in issues both at home on my PC, at home on my laptop, and even at home on a friend's laptop. But also at work on my laptop and at work on a colleagues laptop.

I have tried disabling auto-tuning.
I have done this on my laptop and pc, no fix.

On my Windows XP machine..
I have registered about 9 new DLL files.
regsvr32 Dssenh.dll Gpkcsp.dll Slbcsp.dll Sccbase.dll Softpub.dll Wintrust.dll Initpki.dll Rsaenh.dll Mssip32.dll Cryptdlg.dll Msxml3.dll

No new firewall crap.
I have a firewall on my router at home, yet it never proved to be an issue, also I can not log in from multiple locations.

The obvious solutions.
- I have tried reinstalling WLM.
- Reverted back to version 7.5.
- Did a dozen reboots.
- Ran a registy cleaner.
- Manually removed all traces of WLM from my registry.
- Manually removed all cache files.
- Changed my password.

The weird thing.
I can log into all Windows Live services just fine, I just cannot log into WLM, MSN, or MSN web messenger.

The even weirder thing.
I can log in to WLM using any of my old accounts, just not my current one.

Now that I've stated all the obvious solutions, is there just someone out there that can admit that there's something wrong with the Windows Live Services so that I can rest reassured that this is not my fault and that someone else is working to fix it?
