Windows Movie Maker Stops at 89%

Hello again. I'm trying to publish a movie on Windows Movie Maker, but it stops at 89%. Then when it stops at 89%, the Minutes Remaining raise by 1 minute at a time. I tried it like 3 times and it still does the same thing. Any help? PS: The video is 7:04. (If it makes a difference)
