Kaspersky blocks your network!
Remember to enter each others ip address in to the subnetworks as this will stop them from blocking each other.

Open up Kaspersky/
click on firewall/
click on settings/
click on Firewall (settings)/
you should see
Home----------Connected --------Local/ (do not change this to a trusted network unless you want to let other malicious computers to hack away at your systems)
Double click on Home/
then input the other computers ip addresses in [additional subnetworks]/
Click Ok/
Click Ok/
then apply.

There you go all tried and tested!
