age of emps 2 wont work

hello,
i installed age of emps 1 and it worked fine but when i installed age of emps 2 plus expansion i got this every time i tried playing

Few ideas, 1. Select properties and run in... whatever windows service pack 2 etc try to run in something like Propeties > Compatibility > Run this program in Compatibility mode for: > Apply, Maybe run as Administrator. #2 Have the disk in make sure its not scratched alot. #3 the game is old so depending on your graphics drive it might not accept it, I used to play that game and half the time the graphics crapped out and went all fuzzy green... #4 Something else..
