Hello everyone I am reading up on avatars and am still confused does anyone know of someone who makes custom avatars I already have the wallpaper and that needs to be resized but I want some others things in it also, so if anyone can help that would be great and please get back to me, thank you so much

If you want you may Look over at the Graphics Department at Windows 7 Forums

There you will have many Graphic Designers over there willing to Help - I got mine made by Arc :)
