boot from cd

My Vista crashed and cannot start even in safe mode.
I'm trying to boot from cd-rom to fix it, but i cannot change boot priority on boot manager.
When i press "del" several times, i can see the windows boot manager, exactly like this one: http://www.bleepstatic.com/tutorials/vista-memory-diagnostics/windows-boot-manager.jpg
How can I configure boot from cd at the BIOS instead start windows?

Tanks, but my BIOS is different. It doesn't show this menu qhen I press Del.
the menu is exactly like the picture I posted.

Sony Vaio VGN-CR23G and Windows Vista Home Premium.

I can find the Windows Boot Manager, but the only option I have is:

Choose an operating system to start:

and then I have the only option to choose:

microsoft windows vista

How can I configure boot priority to "boot from cd-rom"?
