Solved browser problem

im still haveing problms with my secondary browser. defaut i use ie9, secondary is chrome. when i open chrome it opens in the right bottom hand cornner, i cant drag it or refresh, here is what i have tried: first i right clickd the shortcut>properties>normal window=same problm, second-i uninstalled and reinstalld=same problm, last i used system restore=same problm. i ram a full scan with malewarebytes, found 1 adware removed, i dont think that had anything to do with it, but im just tryn to inform u of all the steps i have taken. im at a standing stillpoint,i dont know what else to try. thats why i come to you guys, is there any thing else i can do?

Hello Jason,

Click on Chrome. Go down to Properties and click on this. When Properties opens go to RUN and change to Maximise. Click OK

Next time you start Chrome it should start as Full Screen.
