BSOD after startup

I get a BSOD after startup. Please help me.
I also included a screen shot of device manager with USB tab open to show no problems with USB devices.

Looking at the files provided there appears to be an issue with your CD drive:-

Event[34530]: to Event[34999]: All report the same error
