BSOD on start-up

I got my computer custom built for me by some techs with the specs below, in 2008. After about a year I kept getting the BSOD on start-up. When I restarted it would start fine or give me the BSOD again. To my knowledge I didn't make any major changes to my computer when it started. After a year I upgraded from vista to Windows 7 Ultimate as I was told it was more reliable although the problem did not go away.
I have attached the most recent file from the Minidump so somebody with some knowledge can check them please, although I have 12 more from the past month (which is quite a lot since I use my computer twice a week) if anybody would like to see them.
Also, windows explorer sometimes restarts itself without restarted the full OS. This might be a another effect for this problem
Any help would be very much appreciated with this issue.

As you can see, the BSOD was caused by memory corruption.

Remove all but one stick of ram and try the system, if all goes well, replace the stick with another, and so on until you have tested all the ram sticks, hopefully one will show as bad, you could use Memtest but that will only tell you if the ram is OK or not, not which one is bad.

It could be that the memory is OK and that it is a compatibility problem, some boards are picky about ram.

Test the ram and get back to us, good luck.

Thanks for the reply
I ran Memtest to check the RAM and it said there was no problems. Does Memtest check for compatibility issues? If not does this still require me to test the RAM sticks individually? Also is it worth checking the other Minidump files?

If you have other dump files, upload them all.
How long did you run Memtest for ?. It needs to run overnight for the best results.

If the memory is OK, it could be the memory controller on the MB, i have had this on an Asus board, same symptoms.

Once i look at the other dump files, i will get a better picture of what is going on.

I ran the Memtest for about 45 minutes with it still saying there was no problem. Here are the other files which I have from the Minidump. Some of them occured after the one which I attached previuosly.

I will run through these dump files and get back to you.
When using Memtest, give it six or seven passes, it will take several hours to complete, but this will give you a better idea of what is going on.

The rest of the dump files just confirm the first one.
Apart from a couple of different faulting modules, the main theme is memory corruption and/or hardware.

Do these BSOD's happen at any particular time, when the system is under stress, when playing games or watching movies ?.

Run Memtest over night and see what the results are, if the memory passes, then i think you need to look at the other hardware on your system.

This is going to take a bit of time to fix, unless we get lucky.

So you have all the specs for your machine, download and run this free software.

Go to this site and download, and run, the diagnostic software for your HDD.

Can you confirm that nothing is overclocked on your system.

Can you also confirm that you have all the Windows updates installed.

All this has been doom and gloom, but don't start worrying too much just yet, the fix could be as easy as upping the voltage on your memory, or adjusting the timings.
For the moment though, make sure the Bios is set to default.

Go to your MB manufacturers site and check if there is a Bios update, specifically because of memory problems.

Run through the above, at your own pace, if you need any help just ask, somebody will help you.

I will check your driver dates and get back to you on that.

The BSOD only occurs when I turn on my computer or after a restart. After a 1 or 2 times my computer will start up fine with no problems and will work constantly for how ever long I require. Sometimes it will just start fine though. It will run fine with high end games and movies.

I ran the Memtest over night and it still said there was no problems as well.

The hard drive diagnostic tools came back with no problems.

The bios and windows updates, as well as all the drivers are up to date and there is no problems with any of the drivers.

Just to let you know I have taken one of my RAM sticks out and I haven't had a BSOD although I have only started-up twice. I'll do a couple more and see what happens.
