Please remove 4Gig of ram & complete a full windows update for the system.
Do NOT update any "NON Windows" drivers (Graphics, Modem etc. etc.) from the windows update website.......
Update your Graphics drivers from the manufacturers website too.

Ok I think I have fixed it cause it's been like 3 - 4 hours without the BSOD. My PC is custom so it doesn't have a make or brand it's just got lots of different parts. Basically what I did to fix it was I did the memory check thing and it said it was faulty so i took them out and cleaned them and put them back in. (I added 2 gb ram recently to make 6gb and it seems i put it in wrong). Also I put my graphics card out and in just in case it didn't work. I will reply if I get the BSOD again.
