Buying Vista in USA Questions

Hello,

I'm off to the States next week and I'm very tempted to make the most of the amazing exchange rate and buy Vista Ultimate Retail as it would work out much cheaper.

I have a few questions before I do though...

1) Can I confirm that I would have no problems running Vista in the UK if bought from the USA?

2) Does Ultimate contain both 32-bit and 64-bit editions? I have a 32-bit system atm and intend to buy a new 64-bit computer later in the year, so would I still be able to use the same key to activate between the different PC's?

3) I will be staying in North Carolina, so can anyone recommend a decent retail store to buy Vista from please?

It will work fine.

Retail comes as both, oem is limited to the version you buy 32 or 64bit
