Solved cameramonitor

A small "cameramonitor" window opens randomly on my monitor every other day. The only action I can do on it is to close it. It doesn't appear in TaskManager. I've searched my computer and the web with no answer to the problem.

Anyone know how to stop this appearing?

How long has this been Happening??

Please try a System Restore to a Point BEFORE this Happened

Thanks Josh for your suggestions, I didn't want to do a System Restore just now so i looked again and found that my webcam software - LifeCam VX1000 - was set to start up twice and removing the link from the startup folder seems to have cured the problem.
