I'll start with saying I'm trying to get a computer that was last used in 2012 (twice, before that it was heavily used in 2010) to connect to the internet. I have a Toshiba laptop that I'm trying to get working for my mother to use. However, no matter what I do, this issue keeps popping up.
It's not an issue with the internet itself, four other laptops are hooked up fine to it, as well as two mobile devices. They all run perfectly. This laptop however is having issues.
I got about as far as going onto system to make sure both the ipv6 and four have it set to automatic connect on all the settings. Other than that I got lost in a sea of information.
I'm not sure what kind of information I need to give you guys so you can help me?
