cannot delete file

I have a file on my desktop that will not delete (see attached)
how do i get rid of this file please

The free program Unlocker may be able to delete it for you.

You may want to try unlocker.
UNLOCKER 1.9.1 BY CEDRICK 'NITCH' COLLOMB
If that does not work try in safe mode
