Everytime I put the folder in RB. It comes back, and yes I do completely delete it. it just reapears

A incomplete windows old folder. When I was reinstalling windows vista I had to hurry. So I didn't let the the deletion complete. Yes, I know.. why? haha

You might see if you may be able to delete the folder using a command prompt at boot.
