replaced hard drive in a dell vostro 1700, trying to install windows vista on it with the OS disk I got with the computer. It will get to "completing installation" and just sit there. left it for several hours, eventually screen goes blank with the exception of the cursor and nothing else happens.....why won't it finish installing????!!!!!!!!! please help!!!!!!!
