cant right click anything

I get this message when I right click on any thing, (except the desktop) but if I do it on the recycle bin, a folder, or any file it gives me this. It gives me this error then everything on my desktop disappears, (EVERYthing except the background, this includes the Start bar at the bottom) and then everything comes back.



Usefull info: I did delete a few things that i thought were unnecessary to have being that it was only taking up space from my hard drive two days or so ago. (I uninstalled Photoshop CS4 along with all comoponents, and some other things.)

This is really annoying since I can't right click on anything, you try using a computer and not right clicking anything.

Hello Krishnamurti, and welcome to Vista Forums.

If it has not been to long a go since this has started, you might be able to do a system restore using a restore point dated before this happened to fix it.

thanks for welcoming Brink but unfortunately i deleted all previous restore points up to the most recent so it wont let me do it anymore :-(... do you have any other suggestions?

You might see if using the ShellExView program looking at the listed "Context Menu" Types and disable the ones you think may be responsible for this one by one and testing after each one.
