Solved cmd command

I am trying to use the cmd command C:\Program Files.
However I only get C:\Users\Owner>
Is there a way to alter that? I cannot get to a program that needs some changes.
Thank you for any help.

If you need what I think, you need to go right to c drive.
Click on the compter icon
C drive
program files
