my screen has just gone black and white I tried high definition but still it's black and white help please

Well, you should give information on the computer specifications.
"Has just gone" probably after installing something?
Have you tried restarting in safe mode? To see if it's black and white in there too. Keep pressing F8 before the loading screen at the computer's startup and choose Safe Mode.
