Computer Crashed.

I'm running Vista Ultimate™ and recently my computer crashed.

'Start-Up Repair V2' popped up when turning my computer back on.

These are the results:
Problem Signature 1: AutoFailOver.

Problem Signature 3: 2.
Problem Signature 4: 131074.
Problem Signature 5: Corrupt Volume.
Problem Signature 6: Corrupt Volume.
Problem Signature 7: 0.
Problem Signature 8: 1.
Problem Signature 9: Chkdak.
Problem Signature 10: 0.
OS Version: 6.0.6000.2.0.0.256.1
Local ID: 1033.

Could anyone on here please tell me why it may have done this, or give me some information as to what went wrong, what i could do fix it ... ect?

I think that you may require a repair install. A Vista DVD is needed. This can be bought for cost from the manufcaturer of your computer.

We can try an SFC, (if possible) but I think that the above will be required.
