The public wi-fi I am using has only GOOD signal at best; thus my surfing is not fast at all. Thinking that the slowness might be due to malware/s, I ran two anti-virus scans (no malware picked up), ran cmd scan(sfc /scannow) and chkdisc for error... to no avail. I am getting older and growing more gray hair surfing.
So, I booted on DEBUGGING MODE with no clue on what it is. But on this mode I freeze within a minute or so.
Any tutorial input on debugging mode?
