New problem with my Gateway M-6750 Laptop/Vista Home Premium 32bit. "Display Driver has stopped working & since has recovered." It started about a wk or so ago, & it only happens when I plug in my cpu & unplug my cpu from any power source, like a wall or car....etc. Any suggestions & any questions, feel free to ask. Thanx

Well in my desk top system (might be different) mine would do that when got to hot. Turned fan speed up I havent seen it again.
Also heard of this if OCed to high.

I've had this happening on my system as well. I have a desktop. I've noticed that after OCing, it's happened. Even tho I'm never above 60 on GPU temp when playing WoW or Fallout 3.
Since then, I've dropped the OC back down a little in my GPU and not had it happen.

This suggests a fault with either the external power supply or voltage regulator in the laptop. If the laptop is still within warranty I would contact the manufacturer as this is not a normal situation
