Do I have a Virus?

1)The security center cannot be started. 2)Windows cannot display windows firewall settings 3)Windows Defender cannot initialize. 4) Sixteen failed security updates. 5)The following tasks leave my printer screen on the monitor: Latest security and virus info. Can't open any links in my e mails. Try to get Microsoft info. 6)Instead of Goggle the message says "Cannot display the web page". 7)Some of the colors are altogether wrong. 8)Cannot restore system.

Is there ANY program that can start to fix this? Any help would be appreciated since I feel like I'm sitting under a big tree, naked, in a heavy thunderstorm.

I've run full virus scans with AVG 2012, KingSoft AV, KingSoft PC Doctor, Computer Cleaner and Super Anti Spyware. Only KingSoft AV came up with something (see attached) but I ran it several times across two days and it always appeared in and from the same place. Somethings not right!

This is what is happening, if we assume that your A/V does remove the trojan, it is programmed to reappear. So even after removal it will return.
What can we do? If it were my computer I would try to use System Restore, which you have already said that it does not work.
Although not as insidious as a RootKit, a reappearing trojan can reappear at any time. Their true intent is to cause more harm than just giving your computer problems. If I were in you situation, I would reinstall. If you do not have a CD, but do have a key, I can get you an ISO (To burn a CD). Share your thoughts with me.

I took your advise and ran a full scan with Malwarebytes AFTER running the five programs I mentioned at various times during the day. And was I surprised! (See attached) I have never re-installed an OS, but that might be safer then risking losing an important program by taking it to a retailer. Tough decision. As mentioned, I cannot restore the system to an earlier restore point and I don't have a CD but I can give you the KEY: XXXXXXXXXXX. My wife tells me an ISO is like a virtual CD. Then, I assume, I'd have to back up everything. My wife's computer crashed some time ago and if I remember right it took about two weeks to get everything back.

Never put your key number in a post. I have removed it. I will post with an ISO. You can install it with your key.
Im sorry the only ISO that I have is 32 bit, you seem to have 64 bit. 32 bit can be used in your machine, but you will lose a lot of benefits, such as increased memory

One of your trojans is backdoor, potentially someone can get your bank accounts etc.
