Cannot understand how microsoft windows/vista or other help pages you do not help anyone in real terms just pass people with problems onto websites where payment has to be made in order to fix sometimes simple problems that can be solved with a few words from your site.. hey but lets forget about the millions you rake in.. The greed for more ever grows bigger in finding new ways and hungry sites feeding on your glitches & bugs, to fleece money from us users

Well the joke is on them, they are now unnecessary. We, at the forum serve the same function ,for free, and probably better.

chances are if you have a problem someone else has already had it, found a solution, and is prepared to pass that information on. That is why it is important to mark solved threads as solved
