I have Windows Vista Business x64 SP1 and updates installed, both installed yesterday.
My bios and motherboard recognize the memories, but the OS is found only 3200MB.
Somebody can help me?

if its an onboard graphics adaptor, the memory will be in use with the graphics card(shared memory), as the operating system is recognising you have 4GB installed and its only showing 3.2Gb, im sure this is the problem. Your options are to load the Bios and set the defaut memory allocation for use by the onboard graphics adaptor or get a dedicated graphics card.

I am not sharing memory, because I have a DDR2 1GB too and when I am using it recognize full 1GB on the same system.

Have you tried to go into your Bios and check if your Onboard card is Enable? I say this based on what MrNeeds said.

When I bought my video card I changed in bios the primary video adapter for pci-e. So Onboard card is disable.

I didn't find a place in the bios to change the memory divided.
