Downloaded windows 32 bit repair kit "illegally" without a lisence and now...

They want to take us to court. It's a recovery kit.

HELP.
I took advise off a member on this site who informed me to download a repair kit and My dad was on the pc I downloaded it on earlier, and a message popped up saying I downloaded it without a lisence and we need to go to court.

How can I fix this without getting into more trouble or attending court???

It does sound like a scam, i would not worry about it too much.
As pauliewalnuts said, post the link to the scam and we will take a look.

After going to a site like that, download and run this free app, it will check your machine for malware.
