Solved Driver help

I have the following item and it comes with a cd and website for drivers. I have ran the setup utility for the driver but the problem is whenever I insert the dongle to my usb port, it will say usb device not recognized. In device manager, it is showing as unknown device. I have uninstalled the unknown device via device manager and repeated the steps of uninstalling and re-installing and inserting usb dongle but issue i'm still facing the same problem.

Any suggestions to fix? Are there native usb wireless n drivers for windows vista that I can download somewhere? What could be causing this issue?

Hello, are you using an Admin account ? Have you tried a different USB port ?

Yes, I did. I also used another port though I have not tried cycling through all ports. It may be worth a try. I will try this tonight when I get home.
Is there like a repository of Vista native drivers where one can download?

By all rights, it should work, try making another Admin account and see if maybe that will work .
