Duplicate Windows files

A while back I was having trouble with my computer and called dell for help. They finally fixed it but in the mean time some idiot uninstalled and had me reinstall all of Windows I now have not only one but 2 duplicate files (he did it twice ) with each one over 2GB I have tried everything to delete them but it won't let me
Any ideas?Thanks

Do you mean the C:\Windows.old folder? If so, this may help.
