I have read a tried all the tips in threads relating to the tv card and i am still stuck.
I have a twinhan dvdtv 878 tuner card that works a treat with xp and i recently upgraded to vista home premium 32 bit. The tuner loaded with drivers fine but each time i tried to scan it freezes after about 12%.
I followed the tips and loaded the digital tv 3.4 build 11 from the twin han web site. It freezes still when i try to scan using digital tv and i have to manually reboot the pc the same as it does in media centre.
My set up is an amd 4000 2 gig of ram and the whole thing worked fine before i installed vista. I see the twin han 878 is not on the supported vista list but it seems that plenty of forum guys have it working fine so there must be some guru out there who can bail me out. Thanks.
are you talking about on *this* forum or on other forums? Because if you are talking on other forums, then you should probably be asking there- in fact, you should be asking those forum guys directly (and I don't mean in a PM or via email, I mean by making a post address one of them directly) how they got it to work....
