i keep getting error "c:\windows\system32\ntmarta.dll" adobe flash player has quit working, my regular ie icon quit working, now i'm getting online with a ie 64 bit icon which seems to be slower, i cant download anything without getting the same error and it has bad image that comes across the top of the box any ideas?

Run a full scan with your Anti Virus
Download and run a full scan with malwarebytes, if you can

You can also try Internet explorer (no add-ons) under accessories but you should also scan your computer for malware.
