Solved executable file problem

When I try to open any file with the *.exe file, the 'Open With' window is displayed, I suspect I have a virus but can't use my antivirus and cannot use System Restore.

Does anyone have any ideas please?

Make sure you in as Admin if not already. Also if u suspect you have a virus, I would recommend running Malwarebytes or something like it to eliminate that possibility.

Thanks for that. I've manage to open and start Restore as the administrator.
