Solved Explorer stopped working

Hi,

Some times when I open Document folder all of sudden a message appaears as follows
Explorer stopped working(its trying to find problem some thing like this in English)my OS is in Japanese.

And after that windows says:

Translation in English
"A troubleshooting of a problem of Windows Internet Explorer is being carried out."

Questions: 1. Why would Explorer stop?
2. Why would it says Windows Internet Explorer?
3. Explorer and Internet Explorer are they same thing?

Sorry for asking three questions.

Any help will be appreciated.

This might be due to an adware or spyware problem. you need to run a full updated antivirus and also a full updated Malwarebytes scan.

As you asked about the diffrence between Windows Explorer and Windows Internet Explorer, here are my opinion:

Actually, nothing. It’s a program with a split-personality. The Internet Explorer side of the program is for surfing the web. The Windows Explorer side is used for exploring the files, folders, drives, and directories on your computer.

What’s cool about it is they work very much the same manner. you can use both for similar works. Oh, and yes, you guessed it. You can also type a web URL into the Windows Explorer address box and hit Enter to go there. You know, just in case you’re busy looking at files and feel the need to get on the web really quick.

Windows updated
Drivers updated

Do you think even I got Norton Internet security there could be malware on pc, though Norton scan is very good.
