Solved File Ascociation Problem

Hello folks.

I'm having a bit of a problem with file ascociation. I would like to open MIDI files (*.mid) with a certain program by default, but when I open the 'Default Programs' dialog, or select 'Open With' from the right-click context menu, the program will never appear, despite having been located.

The program in question is a rather vintage copy of 'Cakewalk Music Creator'. It runs fine on it's own and has no problems. I believe that the problem is caused by the Vista allow/deny user account control system, as I always have to allow it before it will run. The strange thing is however, that other programs in the same directory do not ask for confirmation before running, and they are by the same developer.

Any help would be very appreciated.

Thanks a lot, it worked great.
Just one more thing - is it possible to always allow a program? Rather than having to confirm that you want to run it every time you open a file.
