File System error.

Hi guys, I cant open or install or uninstall Rivatuner and CPUZ.:mad:
It always have an error.

File system error (-1073741511):geek::geek::geek::geek::geek:
Anybody who know about this??

I cant install another riva tuner or cpuz.
