Fonts not Smoothed (Vista Biz 6.0)

Hi, so recently I shut down my computer for updates and upon restarting, some (but not all, strangely) of the fonts are rigid, grainy, and unsmoothed. Here are some screens:




In the third screen, the text is not messed up. In this forum, the fonts are okay. My bookmarks and tabs in Firefox remain unscathed. However Facebook, Tumblr, and basically every other website is still messed up, in addition to Notepad and other programs. I went into the Control Panel and turned on ClearType, but it's still not fixed.

There is a problem with one of the recent updates. Please see this thread and remove the update. http://www.vistax64.com/windows-updates/303526-security-update-3013455-text-quality-degradation.html
