Solved Forgot password

hello,my name is gary,ive never had a pc until now,the only problem is i dont have a recovery disk and i forgot my password,now i cant get back into my acer 5315series laptop,its vista basic,32bit edition,and ifeel like im gonna cry,,,,,,HELP

Call ACER for help on password probs. And after they help you, ask them for your OS recovery discs. If they say no, insist. Keep calling. They owe you.

And if that does not work, you gotta make your own from recovery manager.

Umm, do you have any friends or family you can "borrow a Vista disk from?

This will tell you how to reset your password with 3rd party downloadable software or through advanced recovery if system restore can help.
